I hope not...that guy imports a chassis, and registers it as a kit car. Ever heard of Kaizo?

You can't import a disassembled vehicle and then reassemble it. The owner claims its ok, because he has the Colorado State Police inspect the vehicle, and give it an 'assigned' VIN, like they would a kit car.
